No man it was a comparison pic someone else posted that had spider mites in the pic! Yours absolutely aren’t!

I don't know. That's your call. If you spray make sure to do so when lights are off or when there about to go off. The light will mess up the leaves if you spray with the light on.

Just spray them to be safe! Like I said if they are by chance beneficial then it won’t hurt them and anything that shouldn’t be living down there in soil or on plant will be annihilated!

Just do a light dusting of the top soil around the stem a few inches and try to keep it dry. I would wear an N95 respirator during application with a duster.

On a side note, some species of White Mites are actually predatory to Thrips.

@NAGreengo It is very possible that is a soil/compost mite. I did not use that picture because it is not in focus enough for a good identification.

I am 99% sure the picture I used is a thrip.
