@Waira well, fwiw, i still can't get anything to grow :wall: , so i'm gonna try one more round later this week , but if nothin happenz with em, i'll jus gracefully bow out of the comp & say to hell with an outdoor grow this year altogether....argh :nono: stay tuned.... ppp

Somebody forgot they were germinating seeds! Planted them in the garden and the next day they were all gone! Snails maybe? Germed some more and put solo cups around them. So far so good.

I've never run it either, closest I've had was Sweet's Ice Cool (now renamed after a legal fuss)...alas, it was a total shit pheno which pissed me off big time! ...years to get it into rotation only to have that happen - :cuss:...seriously, it was unsmokable shwag, I can't believe such a sucky plant came from this line. It smelled like stale fried rice-- really! ...took too long to finish, leafy, inferior trich' production, just lousy overall...

HeadBanger is one of Karma's finest - ...this cross I've not seen grown yet, but several crosses with both were made by the breeder who won't bother unless the parents meet the high Standards the breeder has...

Hey you have an excuse for hoarding! -- several of them considering-
How's that project coming along Pepe? ...looking forward to their release!

:woohoo:Off to a great start PGL, and happy you 're back in the Comp!
Very nice choices, I've eyed that AB myself, so this will be a nice preview grow...
I've grown a few in the past that were only worthy of the compost pile. Sucks to spend all that time for not.
I'll have to try Karma's Diesel. I dont even remember who bred the Sour Diesel I've been working on, I cant remember! :pass: Been racking my brain on it all day to no avail. I'll breed my favorite lady to auto this year, so it will be a couple years. I like to grow Photo regs a few times to selectively find the best at F3-4.

Just a quickie!
Unseasonably cold, 12C below where it should be!
Rain, then rain and then some rain!
Hoping the sun and warmth come soon, until then just twiddling thumbs!
Thank god I'm only running autos!
Off to smoke some brisket and pork butts, indoors, if only I could BBQ outdoors, like in a real summer!
:4th:

Roll on the 4th of July, it may even be a good time to get going because June so far is a washout!

Trans-plant plan?! I'm supposed to have a plan?!
No plan here. The original idea was for a spring to summer grow, that they'd flower and finish off in June or so.
Just like my LBH Thai Gold plants a few seasons back, peaking at 13.5/10.5 in mid-summer.
But, apart from the Lemon 'n' Lime Jones, which is more of a sativa-dominant hybrid, these near pure sativa / haze ladies aren't playing.
They're just on veg mode.
 - OK, how about a "plan" instead?
...nowt you can do but go with their plan it seems... :rolleyes2:
Did the Thai Gold have auto in them, or were they like that ThaiPan2.0 semi-auto?
That's the only thing I can think of that have them in bloom at that time of year under that long of a day...?
Let's just see what happens.
Maybe they'll get really cramped and hungry, but maybe that'll make them flower a bit sooner and harder.
Maybe they'll lose a lot of fan leaves. Never mind.
I'll get something out of this grow, for sure.
And with a bit of luck and divine help, maybe I'll harvest half and elbow or more.

Those Lambsbread crosses look sweet.
What were they crossed with? Some Afghani or Pakistani?
What size pots do you use for a couple of plants that big?
...given the gig situation, it's all you can do! Supp' feeds will be the ticket for sure... I have seen some ridiculous sized Sati's in small pots, including the cat who made the DOHz I grew a few years back. It's support they're really going to need soon....

Lamby came to me via a local mate who got them from Jamaican friends years and years ago. He's grown them locally, but inland (very different climate vs. coastal here in Cali) and as such certainly have been under selective forces to finish, but for sure they were never a pure landrace/heirloom or they'd never finish regardless... They seem to be about 7-8 weeks bloom with me, longer as larger in-ground plants.
No clue what else is in them, and "Lambsbread" isn't exactly a singular cultivar anyway, hey?
This girl has a sour-citrusy + piney aroma, nothing special really but nice - :smokeit:... very nice buzz, all "Sati" for sure, decent potency...
Some growth quirks... also she's one of the latest resin formers I've seen! I was worried at some point in bloom, but she threw out the trichs pretty suddenly, lots of short stalked very fine head sized type, a silvery look, and the most slick/greasy resin I have ever encountered... Like next to zero stickiness, actually kinda hard to roll-

... gotta run, more catch up later. sorry mates! -- it's a crazy week :help:
