Yes very true my grandmothers family grew up for many generations on farms that were German in Illinois these farms sadly don’t exist anymore but we’re communities of like minded people often religious

Dumb Rant Alert!


Despite legalization I knew this day would come. One of the reason I don't want any neighbours.
I've had my tent in my apartment and the (new) neighbours complained about the smell. Every time I water my plants I opened all windows so the smell can quickly escape outside, and due to incredible timing, they were either just leaving or coming back and the smell would hit them right in the face when exiting the building or the car.
Now I have my tent in my shed and just hope for the best..

The most idiotic thing is that before I had my tent, the other neighbours would simply ask if there's a way to reduce or eliminate the smell and that's where I said "yeah I know I'm sorry, all the stuff is on it's way" but the new ones proclaimed how bad it stinks so loud that I could hear them in my living room.
I would've been more understanding if they'd just told me they can't bear the smell at all.
Maybe I should file a complaint that they're coughing so loud I can hear them 2 floors down.

You're absolutely right about that. I was just incredibly frustrated with the whole situation happening rather suddenly. I knew this was a possibility and was somewhat prepared.
I just needed to vent quickly to do what I had to do. But didn't know where.

in future you could keep the doors and windows of the room closed when you work on your plants and then leave them closed another hour so the air is scrubbed by your akf, then open the windows

I have an extra hose so I can either pump air out the window, or up the kitchen fan if should have to, or as I mostly use it, back into the tent. I bought mine from Germany actually.

In the end it's peoples attitude I think. Weed smells lovely
