My last FV seed doin her thang

I really liked the Sweet Seeds Green Poison I ran. It started the Helter Skelter, Devils Lettuce, and Crazy Kush lines. Full on skunky gas but I did have one funky cheese phenotype out of the 6 beans I ran.

It is a good one .. ran it in 2020. This was my last seed so see how she grows. I like the early finish on her.. think it was around first day of fall when i chopped.

I sent Adam a message and did a little begging  Figure it it worth the try butz not holding me breath on it :shrug:it's all good no matter
Pffff! That offer tapped out in a big hurry mate, "out of stock" about 36 hours later?
As for the PM, Adam hasn't been here since 3/9.... starting to make me wonder....

Not sure what kind of bats they are, but their wingspan is about 1.5', they're not small!
....Love a good guerilla site.
My present site has really only one practical way in
--- through a series of abandoned apartment garages that have now become a giant BATCAVE!
Yes, I sh!t you not, I have to walk through the dark in the batcave to get to my garden.
Sorry, I just have the urge to tell people this because I still find it so funny / crazy.
👻👻👻... your creepy grow just got creepier! --- Those look like some kind of fruit bat... cool!
....however, abandoned buildings out there makes me worry about your safety in general Maria - :eek2:
I know you're no babe-in-the woods and all that, nor what the 'hood is like, but still.... It ain't the wildlife I'm really concerned about, though other more venomous things are not to be discounted...
Their (bats) presence will attract a variety of scavengers and opportunists... snakes, wasps/hornets, centipedes, spiders, even (gods help you) Army ants!....the latter is considered to be one of, if not THE most feared predator in the jungle (including concrete ones)!
I'm duly impressed with your resolve, steely nerves and cheekiness-

Left pot: older L'n'L Jones female, re-vegging Grail NLD pheno female (from last grow).
Middle pot: younger L'n'L Jones female, two Grail x ThaiFrican females (male already removed in this pic)
Right pot: two re-vegging SSSTN (super sticky girl and fluffy girl, from last grow).

Grail is a Neville's Haze x Mullumbimby Madness cross squared, but two different NvHz and two different MM.
SSSTN is Super Silver Sour Thai Neville --- Thai Neville crossed with the cup winning Super Silver Sour Diesel Haze.
The ThaiFrican is mostly Neville's Haze, with some Zimbabwean Kariba and Mullumbimby Madness (for the Thai).
The L'n'L Jones is the NvHz x MM crossed with the Casey Jones.
:cool1: ...I like these combo's, and the landrace genetics mixed in is a real plus for your conditions!
Is getting seeds to your location a difficult proposition?

have started to clear a plot.
It has lots of briars/brambles!
Thorn trees around that!
50 Liters of Biobizz all mix, 100 Liters of perlite & 8 bricks of coco, were back packed to the plot!
Water at the site will never run dry!
Several hours were spent clearing brambles, a very time consuming task!
I need to go back with Guano, chicken shit, Blood fish and bone, as well as bennies and mycos.
I am going to hold off on dropping seeds for a week, so I can get the plot the way I want it!

Final selection for this plot has been made!
I was going to stick to 12 strains only but it ended up being 16.

Tough gutsy work mate, much respect for you research and resolve -

... at least you're not ducking giant bats and viper-dodging!
It sounds like a proper discouraging place

"I was going to stick to 12 strains only but it ended up being 16."

LOL I think many of us have the same problem.
.....truer words! :rolleyes2:

See, this is why I haven't run GPF1FV in years... I think they have drifted waaaay off the mark on her, and can't figure why?! Other grows of her report the same different aroma vs. what I and others know from runs several years back. Mine were all super sweet exotic fruity, with distinct kaffir lime and lychee notes... fuel/gas, cheese = WTF?! :nono:
Her origins are reportedly mainly Skunk, which should have none of those aroma profiles...

Ya it's all good. Hope all is good with Adam.

I put another Autowreck in the soak today.. give it one more try after that wreck it grew into last year

update -> it'z been well over a week....which now putz me over a week behind schedule :cuss: ....and none of the orig beanz i planted popped up, so i put some replacementz in to soak a couple dayz ago & planted em earlier this evening....same strainz, jus a new round is all....gdp, og kush, chemdog & panty punch....got me fingerz crossed & we'll see what happenz  ppp

I remember our old friend Weed Warrior / GS who really liked the Sweet Green Poison and did some lovely grows of it here.
La Buena Hierba also has a Green Poison x haze fem line, I think it's a auto/photo fast version kind of thing.

Oh yeah, it's creepy a.f. out at the garden these days.
I'm guessing they're fruit bats.
There are quite a few semi wild mulberry trees around here, not to mention the usual jungle fare.

Did I mention that half way through the last grow, I was at the site, and suddenly realized that the wall had been heavily tagged?
Almost froze in my steps. ... Just kept on riding, and nothing has happened since... go figure?!?!
The 'hood is, well, ain't no real 'hood around here, to be honest.
People are good folks, country vibe a little bit.
Not sure where the tagging kids are from, probably down in the city below, up here for kicks on the weekend or something.
But the gate is all locked up now, and doesn't budge, so I figure they won't be back.

Other things, yeah, well, snakes in the summer, for sure, other goodies, maybe, but haven't encountered any in almost 12 months, I figure it's cool.
Quite a lot of snakes here, but never met an aggressive one, even the cobras are pretty shy or timid, and I would never stress them intentionally.

Oh, did I mention, the floor below my balcony garden is another balcony.
But the drainage holes are long blocked up, and it's been a straight 'pond' since I first checked this place out, about 10 m2 and maybe 50cm deep or so.
It's got a fair amount of algae in it, but a pH check came out at a perfect 7 -- all mostly fresh rainwater, thousands of liters of it.
So I have a constantly refilling water supply pond just downstairs.
There are possibly other balconies for gardens or ponds around this area, too, but the present site is really perfect all round.

I got the outdoor garden almost fully planted this past weekend! Wifff that's getting to be a bit too much work for me lol. Not sure how many more years of growing big I have left in me. This fall is going to be overwhelming again this year... I've got a nice selection of varieties this year.
The Legend
The Rev
Wild Thing
NL#5
Grim Reaper
Cream Cheeze
Chocolate Bold Desire CBD
Straw Dawg
My photoperiod lineup this year.
Hopefully I'll find time to make my auto selections and get those germinating. Things are a bit bigger at the start of this year even though I started things at the usual time but I have a better veg set up now and was able to get them in bigger pots under more light so this should be an interesting year starting out with some large plants already! A bit more trellis work to do through the summer but I'm ready to hit the ground running!

Ayuh! ...he was one of those who still got the "true" aroma profile. Alas, WW is long gone from that place...
Sometimes Sweet leaves me scratching my head....
I ran Ice Cool, the last Sweet I tried, and it was an absolute turd of a pheno - :nono:
Honey Peach CBD, first one a fab' plant and smoke, 2nd from same seed pack was so far off the mark it was ridiculous. I do give some nods to my infamous pheno' luck, but still... this sort of thing has made me step back from them the last few years. Faith lost is hard to restore! :rolleyes2:
Oh, I know they are generally high quality genetics, but I'm not alone in feeling some back-sliding lately...

:woohoo1: I was all over LBH when he popped out his first fem's! The ChemD/SD/autoHz was very nice and super speedy; Asian Hz run last year is also a winner -
I'll get to the GPx maybe next year, but this year ( and still not 100% on that yet) I'm sorta "Hazed" out, the NLD niche will be filled by Burmese Pure...

...they know a good roost when they see it! Very safe and secure up on that concrete, I'm amazed at how they can hook into the slightest bit of purchase... :wiz:

...sounds like some punks just being naughty, thankfully!
Any idea why those building were abandoned? My worry is homeless/felons/mentals on the run lodging up there and messing with you... No doubt you considered that and read the "room", just me being a worry-wort!

Cobras? -- not in the Americas, if that's where you are.... vipers, Coral Snakes (cobra relative) yes... the former aggressive, latter not so much...

It does seem like it all came together for you! :karmacloud:
