Indoor Come visit Wild Bill's Medical Grow Room!!!!

Indeed time to clean her up my man! Besides looking better for the pictures it also helps the plant if you take away dead leaves and such, less pest/diseases, but also more energy for the remaining plant material!

I really like the volunteer Sativa X-mas tree, what a beauty! :headbang:

All the girls got some cleaning up. I did take two or three of the older big fans off of the biggest volunteer.

I did add some extra nitrogen with adding a bit more Blue Gold Flower and a bit more aminos. I also added 1/4 teaspoon of Big Six to the gallon and a half of water and also a teaspoon of CowCal. Those were the only departures from the last feeding.

I was going to scope the Asian haze tester, but ran out of time. I'll scope her and the other pot in the morning.

And you can see how big the volunteer pot is!

It looks like I'm good to go on the harvest of Asian Haze tester and the oldest Crazy Asian Haze!

For the Asian haze tester, that's 82 days from sprout with 12/12 Light schedule running its entire life. I think that was a pretty interesting little experiment and I'm pretty happy with the results.

The buds on both girls are very hard and dense. Even the lower smaller buds on Asian haze are very firm. A very little bit of larth exists and only at the extreme bottom of the plant. Which I think is pretty good since I did absolutely no training and only cleaned up the leaves.

I'm going to take both at first light in the morning, let them hang in my small tent out of the grow room and then probably trim them up in the afternoon and place the bud in the CannaTrol

I only found a few clears on the bottom buds of Asian Haze. With quite a bit of increase in the opaques and a few ambers.

Crazy Asian Haze is ready. I also look at where the head attaches to the stem of the trichomes.
I zoomed in close on the last couple of pictures.

think alot of people have misconceptions about photoperiods! They can be damn near just as quick as some autos and end up about the same size if you go 12/12 from seed!even faster if they are early flowering, and Even faster when starting from clone! Even just a week or two on veg can add substantially to the yield!! I believe they both have their time and place in the garden! One thing i believe to be true about autos and not photos, is that autos tend to produce more and higher quality when grown indoors under 18+ hrs of light.

I'll clarify that statement and expound upon it just a tiny bit.
For the most part that is true.
I think that for the same time frame you have the opportunity to grow more and higher quality of bud because with the longer light cycle, it is easier to hit the DLI with less powerful light, therefore you don't have to stress the plant near as much. You have a better chance of finishing with a plant in great condition. If you have very healthy girl that goes into natural senescence, you're gonna have a true expression of what is possible in the bud.

In the upcoming all AutoSeed run, I will be running supplemental CO2. While it is mainly to be assured of having plenty of CO2, I will use it in the 4X4 tent to be able to also run the under canopy lighting. In that tent I will be running the biggest girls. I do plan to run elevated ppfd from the main light until I start using the under canopy lighting. Hopefully this will get the girls large enough to be able to run the undercanopy lights in the fashion I envisioned. Once I start using the under canopy lights, I will back down the main light to a more normal ppfd. I plan to start using the under canopy lights about the first week after flower begins.

Hopefully with the large 15 gallon pots, the girls will have an extended vegetation time.

Hopefully if everything goes as planned, it will be a very nice harvest. That means I need to make sure I get the automated watering down pat. While I'll only have moisture monitoring on one pot, deep and shallow, I should be able to use it to be able to adjust the preset on the carrots by taking the shallow monitor and use it on the other pots. I'll be using the figures that Jeremy of BAS used in his past grow. As we all know, watering with autos is extremely key. I hope I'm able to pull it off.

C02 is cool like that! Lets you push more usable light! Also gives you more buffer on high temps along with accelerated growth! I gave faith in you! You have thought this out for a while and have the skills to pull it off. It may not work out perfect the first round, but does anything? Im excited to see it all come together and see the results!
