Indoor Come visit Wild Bill's Medical Grow Room!!!!

Never thought of this :

Also used static electricity to help me separate the seeds from the chaff, so to speak. I rubbed a Microfiber towel on the bottom to get the thing all charged up and watched the immature light seeds and hulls dance around and away from the heavier mature seeds.

Can you elaborate how you did it? Kinda interesting :eyebrows:

I like a lot of it has to do with the type of plastic that is in it. Hard yet flexible plastic.
I laid the micro fiber towel in my lap and then just basically Shook the saucer in sort of a Gold panning motion with it touching the microfiber towel.
The immature seeds would dance around with them being lighter than the viable mature seeds. the immature seeds and other leaf material would dance out to the center and I would just pick them up by touching them.

I had been just using the small ridges in the saucer kind of like the ripples on a gold pan. The more mature seeds would tend to go to the edges with the immature seeds tending to stay in the middle and on the ridges. I had been kind of rubbing it on my pants legs and it developed a static charge, so I got out the micro fiber to enhance that aspect. Works pretty good and it cleans up the seeds from other material also.

I think I got a pretty good haul from something that was totally unintentional! :hump: :haha:

I'll finish separating them out and then let them dry for a few more days before putting them away for storage.

I thought I'd share that in case people would be interested in different methods.

I think I'm gonna conduct a little experiment. :eyebrows: :eyebrows: :eyebrows:

It's gonna be with the little Crazy Asian Haze volunteer and the Asian Haze tester in the rooter in the humidity dome.

The little Crazy Asian Haze Is still on the 12/12 light schedule and the Asian Haze tester is on 24/0.

I'm going to transplant Asian Haze tester into a 5 gallon bag of 3.0 media and then place here in the same tent with the volunteer. I'm still gonna keep that tent on the same 12/12 light schedule.

I want to see when the volunteer begins to show signs of flower with being on a 12/12 light schedule all her life.
and I will see how the Asian haze tester reacts to being put on 12/12 after being on 24/0.

I know they won't be finished by Christmas time, but they may be to a point where I can leave them for a few days without harming them too much.

But mainly I'm just looking at how the girls react to the light schedule.

So I took one recently chopped girls 5 gallon pot and dumped the contents out into one of my totes outside. Very nice root structure!

I potted it up with the 3.0 media and then brought the media up to proper moisture level with Rootwise inoculated water.
Decent looking little roots!

So here's my little experiments in the 3x3 tent. So I took off the humidity high limit and turned down the normal speed of the fan to one. I kept the current 75 degrees as the high trigger. I think it's about the best I can do for the next few days with still needing to maintain late Flower conditions in the lung room.

Pulled out the light meter to see where these girls were sitting and it was about 278ppfd for each.

And here is the big Asian Haze girl. I went ahead and threw her into one of the new saucers for the next run. I noticed a few nats, so I hit Them with some BT. That works well with me wanting to just bottom water this girl this time . I just saw a few.

I was really hoping that the foxtailing was going to fill in, it just doesn't seem like that's going to be the case, at least not to the degree that I would like to see. It's probably just a strain thing, but I'm thinking maybe I hit her a little too hard with some nitrogen. I didn't hit her with any kelp late, late.

She definitely has an odd top. The picture doesn't really capture it.
Pretty stocky too.

And the deed is done! Two of the 5 gallon Asian haze girls are either drying or in the freezer.

Right at two lbs of wet trimmed Bud are now in the Cannatrol. The remainder was placed in the freezer.

The third five gallon Asian Haze Girl will be chopped tomorrow, Wet trimmed and then placed in the freezer.

I'm going to run the 4 day dry cycle and then bag up in Grove bags.

The big girl will be taken down and the same thing will be done, but for the entire dry and cure period. I will probably place that run in paper bags and use the Cannatrol for storage and further curing.

I'm pretty sure I will have quite a bit leftover with the big girl. It will all go into freezer bags and into the freezer.

I had a pretty good amount of trim from the sugar leaves. I think I'm gonna take that, let it dry for a few days, and then combine that with the seeded bud. Decarb it all and do an alcohol extraction.
This will be for my Veteran buddy that is currently in the hospital with influenza. I would buy him a flower vape like I have, but I don't think he's going to be able to utilize cannabis much longer in that fashion with his bad lungs.

This will be kind of a test to see how well he tolerates a Tincture and how much he likes it.

Tincture................. All this sitting and trimming today has necessitated my breaking out of my emergency concoction. I have relegated it to the last ditch effort not to go to the ER to knock off the pain . I'm doing a preemptive strike!:cools::haha:
It's from when I made the RSO for the first time as a test for my classmate that had terminal Pancreatic cancer. I have used it once and it whacked me extremely hard. I have pulled back quite a bit from that dosage!:haha::haha::haha::haha:

Damn! That Tincture is REALLY potent!:baked::dizzy::joy::haha::haha:
I only put two droppers in. I'm pretty ripped and I just finished the canna coffee! It still has some peaking to do!:face::haha::haha::haha:

Almost all that pain is gone though!!!!!!!!!!:woohoo::woohoo::woohoo:

Yeah, yesterday was a bit of a pain railroad coaster. The Tincture did nip it in the bud! Best thing about it it didn't knock me out.

Gotta get something in my belly and then I can chop the last 5 gallon Asian haze girl and get all of her in the freezer.

Early morning check on the big girl Shows she's beginning a fade but still with bunches of white pistils and still growing. If the Trichomes are ready, she'll be taken at the end of the current dry cycle. If not, the Cure cycle can begin and run until they are ripe or close and the foxtailng gets too much for my liking. The buds still look like a relatively easy trim currently.
She definitely has the heft too! It's not going to take much to make 2lbs for the dry and I'm definitely going to have plenty to freeze! With what I had from yesterday and what I will get from today, combined with what I expect to get out of the big girl leftover, I'm gonna have quite a few dry ice shake cycles to go through.

I haven't made any rosin with Asian haze yet! NugSmasher is running a special right now and you can get the XP for just under $1000! I just bought the Cannatrol and I have to buy a lift and parts this month. :face:
I would so LOVE to be able to squish more hash at one time and have better control. But it's not the end of the world and I will definitely upgrade some time next year. Probably around their 420 sale and trade my Mini in also.
