Indoor Come visit Wild Bill's Medical Grow Room!!!!

Allright, that's good to hear, haven't had the time to fully look at all the options so just ran the standard ones. But will do that soon.

Did you also notice it went from Dry/Cure cycle 1/2 to Hold? Up until now I didn't have a single bud that really felt dry enough after running 3 cycles (no stems are breaking or getting close to). I think in general I see temps of 20degrees celsius and about 60% humidity, sometimes 58%.

Do you guys put the weed in there wet & manicured as well?

Yeah, that's what I noticed as well, started testing the Cannatrol just under 2 weeks ago.. and well I must be honest, the smell was insane (the weed was too:rofl:), but damn wasn't used to that anymore. Because everything else gets dried in carbon filter drying tents. I wonder how it is possible to make a cannabis drying/cure box for this amount of money and don't include a carbon filter?

For this to be odour free you need to place the Cannatrol inside a drying tent.. like :WTF:

I'm also a little surpised about the pre-sets and drying cycles if I'm honest. I think it would be neat feature if we could choose our own drying environment with temp + humidity and for example have multiple schedules to save for drying and curing. Because these are preferably not the same imo. Still need to try out a few of the settings and options but so far I already see some room for improvement.

Will chat with the team in the near future as well.

What do you think so far @WildBill & @Frankthetank ?
Just using the stock settings, I'm extremely happy with the results so far. I haven't delved into the intricacies of the process, but I'm of the persuasion that if it's not broke, there's no need to fix it!,

Yeah, I finely wet trim the bud before placing it in there.

The buds that are going in this evening will get the full treatment. 4 days dry, 4 days cure and then I'm going to go for a 6 day hold before I bag it up. I think that will be the final test to see whether it's actually doing as they describe.

Yeah, that first day in the drying process was pretty damn stinky!

I'm eager to test this with some really avalanche style frosty buds! Like SourStomper and Double Grape that I've grown in the past. Not only are they frosty, they are extremely dense.
I think it would be my inclination to leave those extremely dense nuggets for a good many of days of cure and not pull them with a 4 day dry.

Well with the big girl out of the grow room, I increased the humidity in the room to 75% on the humidifier and also raised the temperature high limit to 80 degrees in the 3x3 tent.
Both little girls got a bit of watering this morning with Root Wise, surfactant and a dash of molasses for the microbes.
Here is the Asian haze tester. I think she looks quite good for the environment that she has been in. Hopefully now with the environment changed, I'll see a increase in growth.

Now the interesting one.
Here is the Crazy Asian haze volunteer. She has been on 12/12 all her life...................... First she came up before the Mom, so to speak, was chopped. and has continued to be so with being the part of the experiment.
I'll have to go back in my journal and get a guesstimate of when she sprouted.

As you can see there is a little bit of interesting development. She has shown signs of flowering!
You can see that close up here.

Now the interesting question is this, is she going to have a stretch and how big will she get?

And this is exactly why I wanted to go ahead and let this girl run. I want to find out for myself!

What do you guys think will happen?

If you're gonna start a pool, I'm in for 24" stretch.

I think you will get a tiny plant with full dense buds.

Alright, I tell you what I'm going to do.
I'll let these girls go as long as possible before Christmas and whoever gets the most accurate prediction will win a prize. It will be a prize of what I created in this grow and we're not talking about flower. :eyebrows: :eyebrows: :eyebrows:

The big girl is now in the Cannatrol and the leftovers in the freezer!:headbang::headbang::headbang::woohoo::woohoo:

That was a bit rough. :face:My pain was raging last night.:rolleyes1::sad: I had to swap from sitting up and working at a table to laying down and trimming on my side laying in my bed! Kind of difficult to keep your quality of trim up with the pain just beating on you, but I put my nose to the grindstone and prevailed!

I think the next time I grow Asian haze, I'm not gonna hit it so hard with the light. At least in flower. I was pushing it pretty hard through mid flower. Like @Waira had mentioned in another thread, Maybe she doesn't need quite as high as a DLI as I had it with the CO2. While it did make quite a bit of Bud, it did bring out quite a bit of the typical sativa bud structure, long and sort of skinny, which only sort of promoted the Fox tailing. Maybe this strain needs a sort of low and slow growing setup once in flower. I don't think it was my feeding. I think the only possible problem in the feed could have been using the Blue Gold Flower later in flower. Maybe it has too much nitrogen and I need to cut back on the dosage.
Thoughts?

The Bud was frosty and definitely greasy.:woohoo:

The bud coming out of the Cannatrol did seem to retain more of its weight. I haven't smoked or vaped any yet, but I'm gonna do that in a little bit!:eyebrows::eyebrows::eyebrows::cools:

When I open the bag back up, I'm gonna throw a little hydrometer in there to see where the humidity sits.

The smell is definitely diminished and hopefully it comes back when I start to grind! Let's see if this more dramatic than just plain dried. I think there is something like 16 hours left on getting a full cure.

The density of the buds was a bit more than the smaller pot girls. I definitely didn't have to fill up the trays to the same extent. And the buds were quite a bit bigger too.
