Yes if does impact both, it is at different points in the UV spectrum that impacts the terps and thc, 364nm thru 385nm have the most impact on terps and 285nm impacts thc.

I started UV supplements in the 90's with T5 actinic florescent bulbs and what we noticed right away was a vast improvement in trichome production..

More trichomes = more potency
It's a no brainer.

I agree, though. Most folks won’t touch it….but given the royal treatment, you can really build some great flavors.
