Somehow, I see a laser measuring device on the agenda. Gotta be better than a wooden stick, no?

You should remember measuring 6" at a time with no hands....it took awhile but it was acurrate enough..

I did end up repotting the two that were healthy enough to do it safely the other day after we finished the furniture!
