Indoor Come visit Wild Bill's Medical Grow Room!!!!

I ended up top dressing a bit on the open pots.

They all got the same basic top dressing.
Montana Grow volcanic silica
Insect frass
Bat guano
Earthworm castings
Coast of Maine Lobster compost

The 85*F rainwater consisted of the following:
Surfacant
1/4 teaspoon humic acid
EM1............ I used unexpanded and directly out of the bottle that was close to expiration. I have a another fresh bottle I that I will use to make another gallon here this week. I'll jar up what is left in the jug and use that while the other is brewing.
Fermented insect frass
4 teaspoons of amino acids
6 milliliters of FPE

3x3 tent
The three gallon pots got top watered until reaching memory weight. I only bottom watered about 400 milliliters between the two.
I gave Sour Stomper in the Earth box direct watering on top and then filled the reservoir with a 1000 milliliters.

4x4 tent
Each of the 20 gallon pots got roughly a gallon and a quarter of water, all top watered.
First check about 40 minutes after first light, Super Train Wreck seemed to be a little less wilty.

RUCU CUCU and CBD Skunk Haze got topped last night

Both previously topped girls are really screaming for training!
Crazy S1 one got a few leafs tucked. She's doing a pretty good job on herself but she's going to get some help later on today.:eyebrows::naughtystep:

Asian Haze is another story. I think the topping has busted up her beautiful uniformity. That does disappoint me a bit. She may straighten out though.
IMG_20240602_080556186.jpg

Her topping is a bit odd also. It looks like at the two very top colas from the topping, one seemingly has decided that it's going to be a dominant cola. It is much thicker than the other cola and a bit longer. That's the first time this has happened. It was an extremely clean cut and the other two colas were reasonably well developed when the topping was done. They were standing up a good quarter inch.
IMG_20240602_082323290a.jpg

It's not really all that dramatic in the picture, but you can definitely tell it in person.
Maybe it will straighten out. Those two main top Colas are just a little too short to put the plastic trainers on today, but they will definitely be ready tomorrow! Crazy might be ready today!

Somehow yesterday, my humidifier got turned off. The only thing I can figure is my toe hit the button for programming.
Luckily it was only for a couple of hours. I didn't see any permanent damage but the girls definitely did not like it at all. The girls seem to be fine this morning and there seems be decent results from the watering with the different ferments.
Closer examination of Super TrainWreck Is needed, but I think she's ready for topping. She's ready and this should help her to get into her stride.
It looks like the mystery seed, found in a Knows Candy bag by my vet buddy, Looks like it needs topping. This is either a herm seed or a Bloodstone pollen got to my innocent Knows Candy. I'll pull her out and closely look at her to see if she actually is a 'her'. I don't really see any Bloodstone In her. Whatever it is it should be an auto.

Crazy S1 and Asian Haze are definitely getting their butts trained today!:naughtystep::naughtystep::naughtystep::naughtystep::naughtystep::naughtystep::naughtystep:

I will definitely post before and after pictures!:cools::eyebrows::eyebrows::eyebrows::eyebrows:

Alright! :headbang: :headbang: :headbang:
Got a few things done and made some changes this morning.
All tents got dialed up with light intensity.
Also, a slight adjustment of VPD To the grow room. I raised the temperature on the window AC unit and also upped the output on the Ac Infinity humidifier to 79%. The tents are now averaging 81*F and a VPD of 1.1 to 1.2
The 4x4 tent got dialed up to an average of 780ppfd.
The 2X4 tent is now running an average of 750ppfd.
The 3x3 10th is now running an average of 350ppfd. I'm gonna wait a few days and bump it up again. Probably Thursday or Friday.

4x4 tent
Super Train Wreck Got topped! Upper left
She is still not quite happy. Maybe the topping will help her get out of her funk and I'm spraying everyone with some foliage feeding of kelp.
CBD Skunk Haze Lower left Seems to have taken her topping quite well .
CBG ForCE lower right Is still tiny . Hopefully the bump in light and the kelp will help .

Asian Haze is making me smile quite a bit!

2X4 tent

I am liking Crazy S1 structure! I like her spacing and she has already stiffened up her branches where I need to roll them, with a fair effort, to bend them.
@Jean-O Be sure to let me know if you see something in this girl later on that you want preserved.

RUCU CUCU is looking great after her topping! I imagine she'll get her training sometime Friday.

3x3 tent

Things have been going a bit slow but I have not really upped the light enough. That was mainly for Sour Stomper to get her feet underneath her. Hopefully with this light intensity increase and the kelp will help kick things in gear a bit more.
Pink Panama is almost ready for topping. Lower right

And the mystery seed has shown sex and she is female .:headbang:

Hopefully during her growth, I will be able to tell whether that was Bloodstone that fertilized KnowsCandy or not.
If that's what happened and it is decent smoke, I should be able to duplicate it and make some more seeds.
I think I'll call her Bloody Knows!:biggrin::headbang::headbang:
IMG_20240604_080158307copy.jpg

And she also got topped! ......... You can see her female bits too!:eyebrows::eyebrows::eyebrows::eyebrows:

Raising up the VPD a bit along with temperature.
I'm having to raise the humidity to 78 on the AC Infinity humidifier to maintain the humidity in the tents that I want.
I'll tweak the AC or the humidifier one increment at a time, let it stabilize and then see if more adjustments are needed.
AC Infinity humidifier Will definitely use up a lot of water at that rate. That new RO system seems to be working quite well!!!

I'm definitely liking my AC Infinity Equipment! :headbang::headbang::headbang:

...
Or the machine could be overly sensitive to power supply disruptions and fluctuations. I've been finding that newer power-hungry consumer products, such as ACs and humidifiers that now usually have circuit breakers as part of their plug, often themselves turn off at the slightest power fluctuation (with these more common in the summer).

Naaaaa.............. it was muh big toe.

It's not really all that far from the front of the 3x3 tent. I bumped the front again, but not the button this morning. I still wish the sensor line had a 90 at the end where it plugs in to the humidifier. It just sticks out way too far.

Well, I thought I was going to get to train both Crazy S1 and Asian Haze, but Asian Haze fooled me with her looks. She just branched out and bushed out like crazy. I think breaking that main cola dominance with her just made her growth hormones go through the roof! I think that also caused some of her crazy branching. I say crazy, but it's not really that bad. It's just that the other two were extremely uniform. I didn't top either one of those. But, that could actually come in handy. That might mean it's a bit easier to find some clones. Just not from that little teeny tiny crap that can come out from crazy branching.

Crazy S1 did get herself trained! The new top colors were definitely long enough to train! Other than the two main colas that got trained with the adjustable plastic trainers, all the other branches got soft wire, velcro and clamshell clips style of training.
I do think she's gonna be relatively easy to get quite a bit of tops in her training regime. She's also remaining pretty uniform also in her structure.

I'm beginning to notice something interesting. Right about two hours before lights out, the photo girls are showing signs of going to sleep. So at day 27, I am hitting these girls fairly hard and they are ending up with a DLI right around 50-51. Naturally this is because of the CO2 augmentation that I can hit them this hard with the light.

Now I really can't start anything in the 4x4 tent with needing to take the time to take clones from Asian haze for seed making. And I definitely need to give CBG Force the time to poop or get off the pot! I can't really let her hold up me switching that tent over to flower, but will cross that when the time comes.

Now, what I can do in the 2X4 tent is another story. Both of those are reasonably well along with their development. I think a few more days for to RUCU CUCU get her structure settled and me training her a bit, before I start the modified method of flipping to flower. I'm judging the way she is growing for that to be only about 5 days or so from now. Crazy S1 could flip now.

Once the girls in the 2X4 tent are ready, I will begin toNow Now imagine the first part shorten their light period and increasing the ppfd To maintain the same DLI. I imagine the first part of this will be actually lowering the light, but at one point I'm pretty sure a large part of it will be just the growth of the plant growing into the light. Training will still be done during the transition and probably pretty much well into mid flower. That just means that the light meter will get a definitely a good workout.

The thing that I'm trying to accomplish with this math and of flipping is to not just flip to 12 12 one day and lose all that DLI and have to gradually come back up to the same point I was before in the DLI. The plant will already be used to that intensity of light .

I think this will help with the quantity of bud being produced.

What say you?

A test run on Jean-O's Crazy S1 photo is showing to have quite nice structure! I'm definitely liking everything I'm seeing so far. The topping didn't make her go crazy with a bunch of different side branching. She seems to have kept her uniformity quite well. She seems to have decent thickening of her branching, not quite as difficult to train as Asian Haze, but still needs to be rolled before trying to train.

At Day 28/29, She is definitely enjoying her life! I had to go ahead and put on the soft wire and velcro set up for her two top main colas this morning.

Look at all these pretty future tops! If RUCU CUCU was trained and ready , I would start the flipping process today! Looking at her this morning I think that's probably two to three days away.

With her open structure, I think she would probably make a good outdoor candidate.
@Jean-O Have you ran her outdoors? I'm definitely happy with the results so far!
