I made Chicken Pasta Salad for dinner. Today is the first day in over two weeks I have been willing to use the stove indoors. I assemble it in a big zip lock bag. I makes it really easy to mix and then fit spread out flat in the refrigerator to get cold faster. So a picture is pretty ugly. I will take a picture of it plated later.
Anyone "fancy" a road trip?
