I'm a new grower and I have failed twice now lol. I've been trying to grow in a greenhouse, and it got way to hot outside and shocked them, plus I over watered. The biggest issue for me is learning how to water.
If you're prone to overwatering, try Rain Science bags, You should be perfect! LOL!
I THINK I have proper watering down correctly with them............at the end of this grow! LOL! I've tended to under water these bags.
Since I'm organic and I top amend nutes, I water from above heavily, but not fully. I do this a little before lights out. At the beginning of the light cycle, I give the same feed, but in the tray. I stop adding water when it's not taken up after 10 min.

Also, get some sort of surfactant to help you water better and more even. And speaking of even, one tip I seldom see given, get yourself a pump spray rig to water and feed your girls, if you don't already have one.

RAW Yucca is a good surfactant that you can easily find. I now use ThermX70. Very cost effective, a little goes a long way.

Thats the plan, using distilled water. Might need to ph down it though
Try collecting rain water if you can, distilled gets expensive, i think RO might be cheaper if the RO station is serviced and reading 0-50ppm

@zeroi know what your thinking. I might just open em and let them sit for a day or 2 and see where the ph lands but i used a gallon for my humidifier and tested it, was like 7.3. Soil was on the neutral side out of the bag. I dont wanna raise the alkalinity too much.
We'll see where the soil is after the first 2 weeks with just h20

Damn you peeps are chatty! Good Morfnoevight All and Happy Friday!

I suppose there are those that don't like PB&J to bad for them

Got sick on tomato soup as a child. No Thanks.

The problem is too much nitrogen and not enough Ca in most time release nutrients.
its not perfect but it grows fat buds, you should try running it just for fun. You won't get a lb off 1 plant but i bet 4-6oz is fair to say if watered correctly and topdress/feed if needed later in flower.

Technically collecting rainwater is illegal here. Though theres 2 ppl by me collecting rainwater from their garage roofs run off so idk I might give it a try...the question is how do I filter out the garbage that gets in there
