Unless your health doesn’t allow, pat dry then toss in a gallon bag with some veg or peanut or canola oil, then to the grill. Guaranteed crispy on the outside and tender inside.I’ve got some hot wings planned for this evening. Trying to see if I can make them come out with a fried like texture on the grill….trying to cook em at around 550-600f.
