Unfortunately for them, most people outside of the southeast do not understand the culinary intricacies and culinary powerhouse that is Waffle House! Not only that, but the vortex of weirdness that only happens at Waffle House.

I wanted to write a book about the surreal adventures there or start a website that peeps could add their stories
