Yeah, been gathering material to make a vacuum filter for the hash run this winter, should make it a lot easier to dry it out for processing.
It's supposed to be more powerful than a Saturn V. I wonder if it's louder too. I watched a SaturnV launch around 15miles away. Jesus! That thing was loud as hell and you could feel it in your chest. I can't imagine what the astronauts feel. That must be some hell of a noise canceling for comms!
I skimmed over posts about setting up the vacuum side. My concern is the booze vapor effect on the vac pump.

I'm just going to be doing a water wash bubble hash run with the bubble bowls we got that discount on a while back. Waiting for cooler weather so my ice don't melt so quick since I'll be out on the front porch doing it. From all the info and vids I've watched it seems getting it dried out is a major part of it so thinking a buchner funnel type of set up could help there, mind designed using my shop vac so it might be a major shyte show.
Used to push tv up to window by the pool deck and watch the shuttle launch on it then watch it clear the tree line heading out......freaking awesome during evening / night launches.
Sweet! I can remember watching the launches in school. That's about as close as I got lol... I specifically remember watching the Challenger launch when it exploded.
I'll stick with dry ice for the time being. I just dont want that hassle of drying with ice water. I'd love to have a dehydrator for that, but it's cost prohibitive.
