Hard @Redeye Master ....I am getting Two opposing views on how Canna legalisation is going in the UK ATM.

I have the Ear of a very Active activist who says they are moving leaps and bounds.........then I read the newspapers about the current political Party opinion which is Flat Out No......I wouldn't know How to Call it ATM.

Is growing CBD plants in the UK Legal now...or just the pharma products....?

If I was going to jump anyway in current climes I'd Open a CBD Testing and Growing Centre....


With the current surge in CBD products amongst the general populace...who have never Used or Grown them before...

Offer a 4 day course...with 10 different High CBD Samples to find out what works Best for the User...then a quick course on how to grow process them....

Holistic Course......with Benefits........... .....under the Umbrella of Medical Use........



CBD...organic veggies...yoga...massages....4 days of Indulgence...with Dope......................I'd book up........

Well it wouldn’t be advertised as a 420 stay and the government/authorities would see it as a lodge/b&b business. The weed side would be what it’s about. I’ve got a computer whizz of a mate who would create a Members only website allowing people to sign up to give the sense of security for “customers” and myself. The smallholding itself would be the “legal” part but being 420 friendly is my main goal

I don’t see why it couldn’t be a good business if done right…but I am by no means a business person sounds like bed and breakfast/resort kinda thing we have in the states buy I don’t think I have heard of anything like that here with canna too I would come

There are bud & breakfasts around…..there was one in Maine when I lived there….

I think you’ve got a good idea with getting it going and staying quiet about the 420 stuff until it’s fully legal.

I would suggest a formal business plan with clear and honest assessment of what you would like it to be along with financials. Don't sugar coat anything!!! Far too many businesses, even with the deep pockets, go out of business by not having a clear view of what the goals are and how it will work financially. To be honest, what you are proposing is a 24/7 365 commitment. Are you ready to commit to that long term?

Remember the 7 P's- Prior propper planning prevents piss poor performance!!!

You have the basics of a good concept. Just need to lay out a good plan of what it is, how to get there financially, and finances going toward the future of the business. Also, look into zoning laws and the legal ramifications as well. Bottom line, it IS a business first and a lifestyle as well.

Sorry if this is too blunt, but I've seen too many good and smart people piss away everything they've worked for without the proper due diligence.
