Day something something...
Here are the last three youngsters.
Weather has been pretty terrible, very cold for here, temps 12C-15C, usually reserved for Jan/Feb.
A bit of rain, but it hasn't been too wet, at least, so humidity is reasonable (by local standards), 70%-80%.
This little girl came down today.
Her outer leaves are a bit tattered, but there's frost inside!
Just a few white pistils left, and the bracts have swelled nicely.
Has some nice fresh tropical fruit aromas.
Slightly citrus, but a real mix of flavors.
Nice level of stickiness!
Can almost see some purple coming out there perhaps on the bract tips.
Cut her, and she's hanging on the wall with her earlier sisters.
The Thicc Girl pheno, probably showing more of the SSSDH from mom SSSTN.
Her main cola
Chunky side nug facing south
And we cannot forget the Thai pheno, showing a really strong sativa flowering structure, not to mention strong crystal build up
Some beautiful crazy flower branching in there!
If you can see beyond those little single leaflet leaves, look inside...
and if we open her up a little...
She's going to be weeks to months at this rate.
While that means deeper into winter, the temps are already hitting winter lows.
And neither of these two ladies seems bothered by that.
It will be the cold + wet that may provide the challenge.
First season at this location, their mom went into middle of February.
I think both these girls will be finished before then, well, Thicc Girl pheno at least.
And the two Grail project girls went into March.
So please don't worry too much about me doing winter harvests here!
Meanwhile, the Pearl pheno and the other rough but sticky girl still need a couple more days drying.
They're still presently hanging on the wall.
I jarred up the Sticky pheno of the SSSTN (Aunty!), and she looks great and smells even better.
The last Grail project girl is still in the laundry (bag) because I haven't go myself another jar yet!
