Indoor Testing the eazyplug pyramid mini.

@KingRatt even more so now that the leaves are turning dark purple/black with some more meat on them.

Two of the Grape Deebo have taken off at 36in and 30in, but the smallest one which had a fatal flaw in the stem completely snapped off, which was kind of annoying but not so bad now that the other two are really taking up a lot of room and are already developing dense trichomes and some tasty aromas. I'm going to plant 3 Redball on the weekend, but I have been tossing up whether to do 2 Redball and 2 master bruce.

I have cut down the smaller Blue Power at 10 weeks after I discovered a tiny bit of bud rot on one of the small satellite buds of one of the colas, everything else looks fine, the smaller plant did not get any colour in the leaves so has a greenish tinge...

...but the 'larger' one is looking absolutely stunning, and because the buds are spaced out I have been able to let her keep going. Truth is she is just too pretty to chop.

Some plants are just get way too purty at the end. Ive def felt remorse after a harvest of gorgeous beauties, but thats the whole point lol! That bigger blue power really is a looker! Great job!

@Cobstopper, she's unquestionably the prettiest plant yet, and she has taken on a real bonsai look, there are no strong odours like the honeysuckle aroma of the Mango Isle (more on them soon) but up close there is a soft fruity smell, I have a bit of bud from the small bit I had to remove and it's been drying for over a week, but is not really dry enough to smoke, but I did anyway, and I'm not getting fruit taste, just a soft pleasant earthy, but not grassy taste. There are plenty of hints of intrigue

blue power bud 9w.jpg

@KingRatt normally I have to consider bud rot so it's rare that I can let them go this far, I guess if this had larger buds she'd have had to come down last week, I'm going to try and take to her 11! Yes, it's a a sweet sorrow, it's why I always try and have something budding up when something is coming down. I have put my last two Blue Power into mini pyramids, one looks OK but the other one looks very sad, I'll put a spare bean into the same plug and remove the blue power to prove to myself it's not the plug. Although it might be, they are different, one has a softer texture.

Chopping down a long admired and worked on plant at the end reminds me of a Tibetan sand mandala, where four people work from each side with coloured sand that they tap onto the mandala including intricate sand writing, that has to be written upside down depending on which side you're working from. Then when it's done, they sweep it up.

I see the harvest like that too kind of. We work hard to grow the best plants we can, just to chop them down at their most beautiful stage. I know it would be certain death anyway after that, and when the harvest window closes, the buds quality starts dropping, but its still hard to do lol! Probably says alot about me and where im at in my spiritual development haha. Anyway, good luck, love the thread!
