live rosin = fresh frozen, washed and pressed.
live resin = fresh frozen, processed with a solvent

I call cured flower that's pressed, flower rosin. Hope that helps keep things straight. ppp

Here’s my idea, and I’ll explain why…

“Fresh Cure Rosin”

The name doesn’t imply that it’s fresh flower, which it’s not…. And I don’t necessarily think the process requires a cannatrol (but it Fookin helps lmfao). It’s just about removing enough moisture out of the leaf material so the water doesn’t contaminate your dabs, without over drying and degrading the terps and other goodies….

It’s gone through a minimal drying and curing process….but barely.
What do you think?

Weeeelllllll….. I get what you’re saying. I wasn’t suggesting that’s what the product I’m talking about, is. It’s just a way that I’ve been kind of describing the rosin made in this way. It’s different from regular flower rosin. Different color, different terps ( more terps anyway)…

Again, it’s just the set of words I’ve been using personally, to describe it…

It doesn’t have to be frozen to be live resin/rosin its just uncured bud! Most places that make that in mass just don’t have time to chop stuff and then turn around and immediately press it or whichever method they are using as most farms don’t do rosin cuz it takes way more time and effort!

Only thing is live rosin is not frozen and then washed before pressing! The stuff that goes thru this process is called live hash rosin! I know this from looking on dispo website to see what i wanted bro in law to bring me home from Michigan!

Around here they call things names they aren’t…. It’s all crc dabs, made with subpar bud that has to be remediated….. it all kind of has the same sonic limeade flavor and makes your nose burn on exhale. I literally can’t find any dabs around here that are decent quality as compared to anything any one of us is making. They sure look purdy, tho…
