@Frankthetank are termites an issue in OK? I had a job in S. America rebuilding grain elevators and sifting machinery in a four mill, replacing termite-eaten pine parts with marine plywood.

I suppose so…. I was required to get a termite inspection, everything was good..

Yeah, this was kind of a concern…

I’ll look at some examples, get some ideas… and let you know. I have zero experience, I’m just going for it and hoping not to fuck anything up too bad

….subfloors will get done eventually… but I’m trying not to think about it right now

I was a carpenter for many years before i got hurt, locked up and changed careers, and a welder before that, If you have any Qs about building or construction methods give me a holler, maybe i can help
