We've got a butter cow sculpture at ours. I think its a standard for Midwest state fairs. 400lbs of ironically sculpted butter!

I suppose I can make reconnaissance trip to the dairy building to find out... it may require that I sample some eclairs and creampuffs, but if it will advance our collective knowledge of buttercows then im willing to do it.

Maybe I'll try that. Still got like a whole bottle left So, make the butter regular style, then melt butter and add the lecithin, then bake something?

Exactly just add the lecithin into the brownie mix at the end when u mix it all up!
