I bought a big slab and divided it up in thirds. Since I got the sous vide, cooking from frozen for meat has never been easier. Before I would cook the whole side and we would eat them that day and once more. What was left over from that was usually wasted. So I think this should work out better for us.
A few months ago i had so many points stored up at my favorite fill up station when premium was 5.25 a gallon i filled up on empty for 12 bucks...i think it was 1.09 i paid per gal. That's never gonna happen again tho
