I know you will want more light hang height space if those plants of yours grow into 5 foot monsters

You did nothing wrong but the more vent bends you have will reduce the airflow and i think make it louder

I reall like the idea of running it on the outside to be honest. Id have way more space! Im actually dumbfounded right now. Never in a million years would that have occured to me. And i asked that question because i wanna have more room for upward growth.

You will be able to get the light as high as possible for sure!

I watched a few videos on how other people set up their tents, exhaust systems while my tent was being shipped to me, i cheated LOL

IM READY EVERYBODY. Ducting looks like crap but flows well. Thermo and humidity sensor working like a champ, just gotta set up the controller. Seeds come tomorrow!

Im gonnd do a 20 hour test run.

Just incase no one knows that controller bluetooths to your phone giving you minute by minute data of humidity, temp, and power draw changes. Also lets you control everything from how intense the light is from 1 to 10 ( which without only gives you 20,40,60,80,100%) and when, you can set it to slowly get brighter till midday and slowly start to dim till its off cycle. Or just do a regular on off timer. You can also set it to dim at temp thresholds too though that seems kinda dumb tbh

Same goes for the fan, run it constantly, have it vary its speed from 1 to 10 every 5 minutes if you wanted. Can also set lo/hi temp amd humidity thresholds. The probe on this control module is super sensitive

Im running at 5 and the light at the full 400w for 20 hours to see how stable the in-line fan can keep it. So far the temp is steadily dropping and hovering around 75. Tent technology has made leaps and bounds in the last 10 years.
