This is nuts….I’ve never had a tinnitus flare up this intense before….my left ear basically can’t hear anything but a very loud ring, and everything else is super muffled in the background. Crazy

It is super annoying man, i have it very bad at times but nothing muffled yet just the high pitch in and out, never goes away but dulls to a lower tone at times.

Yea….this is a first for me. It’s always there, but like you say, always just fades in and out of the background but I was totally use to it. This is on another level though. It’s fucking driving me crazier

A constant ringing in your ears that never goes away, caused by exposure to loud noises (military stuff, in this case). Been dealing with it since 07 but it seems to be getting worse I guess lol…but I’m hoping today is just a flare up or something.

Sleeping with a fan on helps with sleeping and music during the day because with nothing making noise oh man you really focus in on it.

Yeah, it’s never quiet at my house for that very reason lol….silencing is maddening haha
