Thank you, i'll separate them now, I already pulled lights out and just waiting on the tent to arrive. i'll cut a few more branches off in a few days, i just need enough branches to self pollinate and maybe collect some pollen if i can. Thank you for your advice
I would not worry too much about an extraction fan with a carbon filter on it. An unfiltered extraction fan would be higher risk, especially if you are not careful to prevent intake air from blowing directly on the pollen plant. Bottom line is if the pollen doesn't get airborne in the first place, it will not go anywhere, extraction or no. But preventing it from getting airborne requires minimal air movement. Once it starts to shed, you need it to just drop straight down. Loose pollen, both the stuff on the plant and elsewhere can be killed by misting with plain water.
If you do not have a filter for the extraction fan, I would not use it, just make sure that there is an opening high in the tent, and another one low down. The heat from your light should chimney enough air through the tent for air exchange. If you are careful how you manage the gently incoming air, no pollen should get airborne and carried out of the tent. All theory on my part at this point of course.
Then sealing the room is paramont as CO2 is heavier than air, walls, floor mating surfaces, etc....imagine it as a big tub your pouring water into....the door will need good sealing, and you gotta setup an extraction/fresh air infiltration system to be used before you crack that door to walk in and tend your grow........if you can find an old Draeger analyzer or similar...it just might save your life.
Since you also suffer from a bad back, might want to tailor your grow setup to how you feel it would hurt you the least.....2 plants deep along the sides is a pain to reach etc.......you got enough space to plan the plant placement any way you want.....just saying, as I find mine hurting just reaching into the back of my 3 x 5....

Read somewhere in LSC about how long is too long to hold stock. Well, I switched Boost packs once since then, and this Do Si Do Photoperiod is just as good as ever...
