:crying::pass:

My day is good today, no matter what. I got the sad news my old friend passed last night. My friend's sister called me with the news this morning. While sad, she did tell me she was able to get the meds to a good level that my friend could get some quality awake visitation time right up until last night. I forgot her birthday was a few before mine, they got to celebrate her birthday last week. Her sister made her favorite cake and she actually ate some. She must have had hardcore munchies. She said her sister's eyes lit up when she tasted it!:rofl::eyebrows::eyebrows:
What else could one ask for? That's some righteous job satisfaction and is one of the biggest reasons I started growing. I wanted to be able to help others, as I help myself.
She kept on asking what could she do for me. I did do it to be repaid, but she kept insisting. Giving credit where credit is due, I gave her AFN's go fund me site to donate if she wishes. I learned how to make meds here.
She wasn't an avocatete of canna before this, but I think she is a convert, and many of her family.I made sure to remind her that this is still ShadowLand and to be VERY general in her praise of canna.

Hopefully, she and/or members of the family will donate.

I finally got my pain wrangled in enough to push thru some work today.. I'm not where I wanted to be on some projects. I need a bit more!

Everyone have a great afternoon and night!!!!:headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang::headbang:
Thanks so much for opening up…

This plant has been a miracle for so many. I count us the lucky ones who truly know of its role on this planet.

Amen and prayers to you and yours!:bighug:
Keep growing :headbang::headbang:

Last pic hard to tell but it’s actually a green lacewing egg! They hang them on lil hairs like that to protect from predators! Saw several few days ago so maybe already had some hatch cuz only saw this 1 today! Too bad I already lost a bunch of them cucumbers from damn spider mite invasion! Spraying didn’t seem to do shit to them and was way too hot for any beneficial bugs! :yoinks:
