The state is setting up a certification system for "drug recognition experts" to see if people are high. Police forces will be required to have at least 1 for every station. Currently can't even be fired from a job here for being stoned. Companies must hire or have a DRE to see if your stoned before they can fire. But the state hasn't gotten it going and there are currently 0 DREs in the whole state

Yeah but that's what their plan is. They kinda legalized without figuring this stuff out. There's already been a few people who've won lawsuits for being wrongly fired from their jobs since they weren't seen by a DRE. My job even changed their rules. Now, if you crash a truck driving stoned, you don't get fired but you have to pay repairs yourself. Crash it drunk and automatically fired

Probably have the same reliabilty as dogs ........ 2011 Chicago Tribune investigation of police dogs in suburban Chicago were only successful 44% of the time? Despite the extraordinarily sniffing ability of dogs, their accuracy was less than the chances of a coin flip. The investigation also found that the accuracy rates plunged to only 27% when the driver pulled over was Latino
