Sous vide bath? Any tips? I've cracked way too many jarsOh yes this is a better pack. The hot pack method. I opened one of the earlier jars to test the flavor which is excellent but they are way too soft. I processed them for 15 minutes in a boiling bath against my better judgment but that is what the recipe called for. This time I used my dill pickle method with Pickle Crisp and 180°F bath for 10 minutes.
