I think I’m gonna go from a swarm to a whole damn army of mantis if I don’t accidentally throw em out with the bushes! Where them 2 were last night this was what remained today!

Just a corpse swinging in the breeze today!

Next up spotted this ok sized 1…..

But alas ‘twas not to be! U can see it staring at me and 1st try to grab it he jumped to another branch! 2nd attempt he was waiting for it and literally just let go of the branches so he’d fall thru the bushes to the ground where I couldn’t reach it!

But on my way inside took a quick gander and found this lil smaller 1 already doing some cucumber patrols!

You can see even that 1 was watching me take its picture! Guess mantis aren’t exactly a “people friendly” predator bug! Maybe I need to feed it a treat to win it over!

Also no idea what this guy is but think he was hunting spiders! Or hunting what the spiders had in their web!
