Just went back and checked my DWC journal...no...nope...not again anytime soon. Soil it is!

Wait a minute! My last soil grow was garbage, too. Maybe I just don’t know how to grow this damn plant.

I’ll think of something.

Make your own soil and top dress, that's my plan this go, next go is dwc (yikes)

A bit of advice on DWC (I know..I know...you didn’t ask for it); I had almost no idea what I was doing during my first DWC run. So if I can do it, so can you. There’s a dude on here...at least there used to be...named Greenjeans. He wrote a dead simple guide to DWC. It was the simplest technique I could find. It was what I used. If I were to run DWC again, I would use his technique.

Another fella, named Man O Green is also super knowledgeable about DWC. He might also have written a DWC guide (brain’s a little...er...hazy...at the moment). When you get started, tag those two guys and you’ll have some fine tutelage as you go.

I'm having pretty good success with happy frog and megacrop but photos are abit more forgiving.

I'm watching man o green tutor Wian's dwc grow with mega crop and bud explosion right now, he is the dwc champ for sure. thank you for the advice its always good to get free advice :smoking:

I'm having pretty good success with happy frog and megacrop but photos are abit more forgiving.

I took a look at your Bomb run. They’re looking really good. I noticed that you added a perlite/vermiculite mix in with the Happy Frog. Is that necessary? Did you want the extra air and water retention for a particular reason? Just an experiment?

Good suggestion, i almost went that route but nah it looked to easy haha that will be my last grow method to try but i already know the results will be better than what I'm doing lol

I use the smaller 2.2 gal pot with a 3" rockwool in the middle. I have been very fortunate with this system.
