Indoor Keeping It Small and Simple

ooweee g14 and Blackberry Kush looking tall, they all look good  :smoking:
Thank you. They are looking pretty good so far. However, I have a habit of roughing ‘em up a bit between now and the end. We’ll see if we can get ‘em thickened up a bit.

Day 35 in the 2x4 tent and Day 31 in the 2x2.5 tent. Things seem to be cruising right along. I’ve noticed that the Colorado Cookies is slow to flower, so I checked in on the Dutch Passion website. According to their info, up through week 4-5 she grows fat. Then, in weeks 5 - 6 she shoots up. So I could be in for a ride. She’s already drinking about a liter per day. I hate to think what she’ll drink afterwards. Finally, I included a photo of the main cola on the Blackberry Kush. It doesn’t show well in the photo, but her buds are coming in dark purple. Here’s the gals:

I just want to throw this out here: In DalaiHempy’s original thread on ICMAG, he said that he used this System (hempy buckets) in 10 liter (roughly 3 gallon) buckets. I have several one liter bottles and one three liter bottle. I’m wondering if I have enough room to grow a plant out in a 10 liter bucket. Hmmm. An experiment might be in order. Anyone else ever use larger scale hempy buckets?

Day 39 in the 2x4 tent and Day 35 in the 2x2.5 tent. So I am still struggling with leaf issues on the G14 and Blackberry Kush, so I checked the pH of the fertilizer solution and it was a little low at 5.8. This could explain it. Calcium and Magnesium get locked out in hydroponics below 6 (ish). so I pH’ed the solution to 6.1. This may lock out Manganese, but if I can get drift between 5.8 and 6.2 as the plants drink, it’ll all even out in the end.

On another note, the Colorado Cookies is getting huge. It’s much more than I expected from a container that’s a mere 3/4 of a gallon (3 Liters). She is taking up most of the 2x2.5 footprint and she’s starting to shoot up. I look forward to seeing her finish off.

What I wanna say with all respect is that you just gotta put your skills to work in bigger pots!! Keep the quality you have now but get yourself some big beasts, you've got a good 1.5 to 2 feet of vertical space there going empty :smokeit:

@fauxnacho ... Do you mean something like this? :crying: I had to bend her and twist her to keep her out of the lights. Then it took me a good Long while to harvest her.

Seriously, though. I have been scheming for the past couple of weeks about what I’m going to do next. I’m thinking 15 liter air pots with Happy Frog and MegaCrop with some Cosmic Queen, Purple Nuggets and Creme De La Chem.
