Iriee Vibez Grows With Loving Soil

Hey man! Thanks much! I love that strain. Have you had it before? I grew before in DWC and enjoyed the harvest for months. It was my go to night time strain. Don’t plan on doing much after smoking.

Hi buddy no I haven't had that strain specifically! I got a DP Blackberry Kush seed which I'll grow out either next or second after a CBD Charlotte - hoping Night queen and Blackberry have similar effects!!! :smoking:

@fauxnacho You will enjoy the Blackberry Kush. I grew out a ABK last year. Beautiful plant, and so tasty. The blueberry and kush meshed nicely. It was a great eening strain. Some of my favorite tasting weed. Here are a couple shots of her!

Thank heavens for these Blumat juniors. I was gone again for four days this week, but I filled up the reservoir, and let the Blumats do their thing. I came back, the soil was still nice and moist, and the plants were thriving. When I pulled back the mulch to do a little amendment of craft blend and guano, I was surprised to see how many red wigglers there were, just red wiggling and stuff. Pretty cool! This has to be the easiest style of grow there is. Sometimes I feel like I am getting in the way when I try to help. It's been the toughest lesson coming from the daily maintenance necessary for DWC growing.

Like I said, I just scratched in some BAS craft blend with a little high phosphorous guano to help these two get all they need through flowering. I gave them each a foliar spray using Thrive.N with a bit of Mammoth P. The plants always react so quickly after this spray, leaves seems to be dancing.


DP ANQ

She has slowed any stretch now, and is working on her bud development. Being away for a few days, I can really see how much they have grown. Still all white hairs and pistils so they should continue to fatten up. I am getting a little berry fuel smell from her, as the trichomes grow. The last ANQ I did took 85 days to finish, and I am going to these grow as long as they want to.

GSC

She has really grown over the past few days. Almost catching up to the ANQ in size, and she just started preflowers. She has alot more stretching to do, so I am thinking she should yield well. I am packing the soil with good stuff to make sure she is good to go. I am looking forward to see how she develops. Nice plant.

Blueberry

She finally decided to make an appearance. Just when I thought he seed was a dud. Glad I didn't have to germinate another.

Hands down one of the best looking plants I ever saw!! You've convinced me to drop my ABK next, but she won't be half as huge or dank as that from my setup! Weed porn right there man unreal I've got a pretty little DP Jorge's Diamonds #1 going right now, have you ran that strain before?

Thanks man! I enjoyed taking pictures of that one! Still the prettiest plant I have grown. I savored that last bud, and miss it a lot. Will definitely run again this year. My buddy still says that was his favorite of all the weed I have grown! Haven’t tried that strain before. Would like to know what you think. Thanks for stopping by, man. Thanks FA! Yeah, that main cola is something nice to see. So unusual for me since this is the first time that I didn’t top to get an even canopy. With my soil and setup, the plants start to flower at day 30, like clockwork, so I wanted to see if topping impacted my yield. I haven’t topped the GSC either, so we will see.

Quick midweek update.


The ANQ is really packing on the weight in her buds now. The changes are noticeable daily. At Day 55, she has alot of time left, and is clearly going to be my best organic yield. Not getting too much of that classic Night Queen scent yet, but I am hoping that changes really soon. The plant usually should be putting out a strong sweet berry scent at this point in time. Will keep a nose out for a chang! She is looking great, though. Very healthy and happy.

The GSC is flying in her first week of flower. The stretch is on. Again, no topping, so we should get that dominant main cola, and a nice count of satellite colas. Hard to say if she will yield more than the ANQ will at this point, but I wouldn't rule her out.

The Blueberry is doing its seedling thing at Day 4

I am really enjoying organic soil growing, as it has freed me up to grow different strains at different stages at the same time in my little cabinet. In DWC, different strains prefer varying nutes strength, and forget about trying to feed a seedling the same as a flowering plant. To avoid complications, I always did two plants of the same strain at the same time. Now, since I always have a little seedling that doesn't take up much above pot room, I can fit three plants at all times. When one is harvested, I remove the main root ball, and leave the rest. I top dress and drop another seed right there, and there we go. How much easier can that be?
