Hey AFN here goes my first journal under my brand new Amare. I've been wanting to upgrade to cob's for sometime, I spent many hours studying LED tech. and I nearly made my own. I may still attempt it at some point, it isn't cheap, it isn't pretty, no customer support and no warranty so I shied away for the time being. After countless hours of studying I settled on Amare, what really amazed me was their customer support. It can't be beat, period. All my questions were answered promptly here on AFN and via email. @AMARE-TECH-Vic even sent pictures of the Cree Cob's in the manufactures packaging with the bin numbers they use. I was sold and ordered my light...

Grow on...

I'm so excited to see this! Great start man and your choices seem spot on.

One suggestion I wished I listened to earlier on last grow is the intensity of these are no comparison to other lights you may have run in the past. I pushed my plants and lowered the lights way to close with the lenses on. They survived but it was easily avoidable. Use with caution lol! Also the blue is protective film above the uv bulb and can be removed.

I love how tight and stocky they are. No stretching. If the proper heights are set you'll see an amazing yield.

I didn't know about the blue film, thanks for letting me know.

There is a very noticeable difference in the intensity over mh, that is certain. 2100 par at 24 inches is insane, lmao I love it.
