Hello AFN.......I took a bird's eye view pic to post up..........on the Fugue she is slightly further ahead and has crowned nicely....I zoomed in and counted the heads and got about 12....not bad for half a plant eh lol........the BCN has not quite got there yet but she will do.....very impressed with the recovery times with this light and they are loving the spectrum provided by it...now as we move into flower, we will be able to see how she does for the 2nd phase.....for reading and there will be more soon.....:smiley1::smiley1::smiley1::smiley1:

Hello everyone....little bit of a special update today as its in the form of......da nah da da da daaaaaaaaaaahhh.....Vapo's Topping guide...woooooo....everyone dance party..so here it goes........

Hello dear reader and welcome to my topping guide, in this guide you will see, with pictures, how I do what I do........its fantastically easy and should provide you with extra bud, compared with a traditional grow, yaaaay thats what we are all after.....by doing this basically you will be forcing the plant to divert the auxins(hormones that make the plant grow upwards)to the two remaining growth tips, giving you two mains, instead of one....and if you continue to tie your mains down like me, you can create an even canopy of many colas, like this.......

Ok here is our subject.....no cuts yet..she is 17 days old and I have been waiting for the fourth node to rise at least 4-5mm above the third node, so I can get in there and cut....I like to leave a bit of stem for strength.

I have tried to cut as close to the main stem as possible....next I remove the node above which has the 3 finger leaves.......this particular plant hasn't managed 3....but I already cut the other one lol

....ok so now we just have the third node left with the fourth pushing out and we are going to remove the top fourth node and keep the third......

and she is done, I usually wait until a feeding day to do this, so I can give them a nice big drink afterwards......ok so that was how I do what I do.....I hope you enjoyed it and I hope some of you find it useful:smiley1::smiley1::smiley1::smiley1::smiley1::smiley1:.....and here she is happy at home recovering....

Cant believe you have 12 tops on half a plant! That's crazy! Do you see longer finish times as a result of doing what you do??

.....sometimes dude....the Fugue and the BCN breached same time but the Fugue is ahead.......Mephisto usually come on in time or close....:smiley1:...and thanks too dude lol...:smiley1:
