New Grower Squid Farms 2013-Back on the Scene

Finally some action!

Hey guys. Thanks for sticking in there with me.
I am proud of what's going on in my tent and everything is going rather well after I sussed out a few issues.

I'll give a little guide of what the pics are, although I'm sure some are self explanatory:

-First up, there's the setup closed from the outside. I taped over the Lighthouse Hydro label as to be less suspicious, even though no one comes in our bedroom.
-Second is same, but open.
-Third, is my exhaust setup. I used to have the pre-filter slipped over my carbon filter, but when I went to take it off to clean it, it was basically just disintegrating so i just tossed it. It seems to pull more air in and help with temps more now anywho.
-Fourth, I'm pretty sure is just a lower shot across everything. Box fan on the right for circulation and helps intake.
-Next three are my surprise babies. Aren't they just gorgeous little things? :D
They are in cut-off 1/2 Gal. juice cartons, I like the square shape and how they fit together compared to round ones. And square are supposedly a little better than round to keep the roots from swirling.
-That fourth seedling is a feminized Sweet Seeds Cream Caramel in a 5L Airpot.
So that's 4 out of 4 for my new Autos in the tent. :dance2:
-The next set of 4(I think, you should be able to tell) are an Onyx that I started in that Rootbuilder pot to test out some bagged soil that I got when I couldn't get Promix. It's in blue bag Monrovia Organics. It has a ton of Myco and that's what interested me. And a standard 20lb bag was on sale for 6 bucks. My wife loves it for her herbs and flowers. It seems to be working pretty good, despite the overall size of the plant. I think that Rootbuilder pot is about 3Liters, maybe. She is about a month old I think. To be honest I haven't kept track. She will be getting her second good veg feeding today and is just really doing well and real frosty, I just hope she gets taller and fills out.
-Then there's a few shots of my purple basil plant that is rocking! Hues of green and purple and you can't tell but the stalk came out sideways, lays down flat to the edge of the pot and then just took off up. Also, in the Monrovia soil. My wife's purple basil is smaller, but more purple. This one was too, until it started on that fourth node then started greening up. I think it's because it's in the tent with higher temps.
-Those black pots you see in the front each have 3 beans planted that are some good mid bag seeds that will be going outdoors. Apparently, I planted 4 in one pot because 4 came up after 4 days. I'll just pull the weaker ones and get 11 or so to go outdoors. Probably won't journal them much, but who knows.
-There are also 4 Photo strains in the very back in 2L coke containers with the tops cut off. You can't really see them and I'm not really documenting those, as they'll go outside in about a month, but I have a Big Bud#2, Reserva Privada Sour Kush, TH Seeds Kushage and Mkage, one of each. I had another BB#2, but it never(hasn't yet) sprouted. They're doing good though, first time with good Photo genetics instead bag seeds. :D
-Last I think is my temps/humidity. Great.

Well, that's that, folks. Enjoy!

Update: Day 15 for most everything. 2nd feeding

Hello again folks. I missed update last week, but things are going good. As stated all of these except for the obvious new sprouts and the Onyx in flower are at Day 15 and their 2nd feeding. Bio Root, Bio Grow, Bio Weed, Silica Blast, SuperThrive and a pinch of Sea Salt. I'd say about 1/4 strength for all of that, I went light last time and they loved it. I have been underestimating my nutes a bit I think. Always afraid of earlier feeding, but if you go real real light, you can start feeds at day 7 like I did. I think mine was maybe day 9, but still. They seem to be doing fine, these are some of the best looking/growing plants I've ever grown honestly. I am rather happy with what's going on in my tent now which is a lot as you can see. Going to try and split these pics up with what they are labeled before each pic. Hopefully it works. Thanks for stopping by and enjoy! :smokebuds:

The other 3 'surprise' Autos, although anyone with keen observation skills can maybe guess as to what these beauties are.

Here's the Onyx, totally can't remember what day this thing is. She's coming along pretty nicely though for a little stubby plant.

Another Photo, same age, no idea what happened, but isn't doing too great. Going to let her roll though. Reserva Privada Sour Kush, I wish it would have done better, oh well, it may pull through.

These are 9 more 'bag seed' Photos that will go outside in a couple more weeks. All doing great, few small issues in a couple, no big deal. Look great for some bag seeds.

Here is one of four of my new seedlings, I thought I uploaded another, but not much to look at now, pretty standard, although two other are growing a little slower and the 4th is just starting to pop. Day 2 on these basically. They are Himalayan Blue Diesel and I am pretty stoked about these. In general and the fact that they are the beginnings of an awesome breeding project that I'm half of..:dance2:

My Purple Basil that lives in the tent, basil is said to grow well with other plants and apparently so. I have topped it twice and can't even really tell where the top is anymore. :D She get's the same feeds as my Canna.
attachment.php

And finally, a group shot of everything in the whole tent. As you can see I have it packed out and I am loving it. I sit and talk to them at least twice day for about 15 minutes or more. My wife thinks it's cute(crazy). :D

Huge update, but it's all layed out like I wanted with split up pictures with descriptions instead of small pics at the end you have to click on.

Thanks for coming by!
