Good luck bro everything's looking pretty good now[emoji481][emoji482][emoji106] remember the bigger the pot the bigger the root bigger the bud and it's easier to take care of.
That's why I grow in those big 25 and 30 gallon pots because the plants can have more food and can more water and first and foremost I'm just a lazy farmer LoL don't want to be feeding and watering every day.
But I got to say I still am in the above ground pots they seem to evaporate quicker when they're above ground that's one reason why I have my pots in the ground they hold water longer it doesn't evaporate near as Quick.
But you're looking great man keep up the good work fight them damn bugs back[emoji482]

Yes I prefer big pots or in the ground I learned from my ol man how to grow outside in the ground an boy did our plants get big I always seemed to have 8 ft monsters or bigger .Unfortunately being a poor single dad on disability this time around I couldn't afford to get bigger pots almost all except for the bigger 20. Gallon are homemade I got the 20 gallon cuz the maple tree in it died an the owner said you want it .Next year I'm hoping to get some bigger planters but I really wanna buy some cobs for the light dep starting in March .Cob supplemental seems perfect for the greenie .Also thinking of having my soil delivered by the truckload next year it's a lot cheaper then buying the bags plus with my additives probably work better .

I do everything on a small to 0 budget building and making most everything I got for growing.
Pots I made my own. Many ways to make cheep pots.
My first years of growing I just amended native soil and added P Stone to it for drainage. Any stone will work.
My soil now is of mostly the same native soil mix.
You don't have to buy everything you can make many things that you need to have a good grow. The plants don't care if you got expensive stuff just as long as they can grow. The plant just want sunshine, food and water...

What I am growing in now outside today.
The barrels were free the plastic totes $3.95 the chain link fence gate used for a scrog net was free. And then my time and effort and I am growing.
Craigslist is a great place to find free stuff.

I'm a hillbilly cowboy farmer dude...
I do everything from the hip...
shoot-em up Bang Bang...
I'm growing.
Where there a will there is a way
I dont buy alot.. only if I have to.
Man if you need any help any questions any ideas give me a shout I'll try to help you best I can. [emoji482]

Nice nice friend did you burry the tote I was thinking about doing that next year I rock those grey totes there cheap an I seen my dad get 6 to 7 ft plants off a those .I was thinking of doing a raised bed kinda thing with those next year but my soil is clay an rocks an would take some serious work to make it look nice enough for a raised bed scenario an most likely I would have to worry about the plants outta growing the small greenie but in a light dep 2 season that shouldn't be a problem.
