New Grower Northern Cheese Haze - RDWC - Stealth Closet - First Grow Journal

Not light burn nutrient strength too high. This is not serious but back off on the nutrient strength if you have not already.

Thanks for the clarification, adding PH'd water to decrease nute strength 10% to 450

Better to identify and treat sooner than later :p much appreciation for the help.

Browning of pre-flowers normal? Just curious!

The way I have understood it is that pistils have a lifecycle. They will brown and die off as new calyxes are formed and as the "sugar leaves" grow. Some refer to this as "stacking". The pics you show are not the pre-flowers. Pre-flowers are single calyxes that form (sexing) at most nodes on the plant early in growth usually around three weeks, sometimes as much as four to five weeks for photos. Some other reasons why they may brown off are light intensity, moisture/humidity and of course pollination. BTW, yours look awesome:pighug: and don't worry they don't look like they are herms.

It looks like they did dry out a bit. is there a fan blowing right on that bud or did it get too close to the light? I know I said you did not have light burn but this bud looks a little dried?

There was a fan blowing close to them. I moved it and turned it down.
All the bud sites look a bit like this
Temp is at 78f, humidty at 50%, moved light from 16-18" to 20-22"

Popped in to follow you, closer to the end but I'll check out your grow and definitely interested in the extracts you'll be making :pass:

Slow and steady, looking healthy. Still a bit yellow at the tips, hoping it will subside, continuing to feed them ph'd water to dilute nutes.
Right side recovered very well from defoliation. Left side still pre flower, getting bushier. Will most likely defol them a bit later.

Massive growth in the back right, front right lagged behind it a bit.

Left side of tent is just hitting preflower yesterday, while the right is flowering. Wondering what impact this will have on harvesting. Massive veg growth on the left side today, had to defoliate both left side plants to expose preflower bud sites and reduce humdity.

Introduced dehumdifier and some music to the grow room today, let them rock with that for a bit.

Noticed a funny looking growth on one of the left front plant bud sites, not a nanner I hope? A budding preflower fell off and left it looking as follows... left a hard darker colored stem like growth with what looks like resin poking out the top.

@Mañ'O'Green opinions? The only growth I can see on the whole plant.

Not a clue.

Not a clue.

Not sure if I should prune the growth looking thing or if that will f*** up the bud growth/create more stress! Anyone I could ask about it? Looks like a continuation of the stem, but discolored and resinous on the tip.
