I do wish journals got more love, it's the complete journals that really help new growers, and they take months of effort, but often to a very small audience. To me they're the pull of this site, the most valuable resource. Even just dropping a thumb and saying 'well done guy' to a newbie, I know when I started out that it was encouraging to have someone with experience checking in

@fauxnacho I have pondered on how to do that my very self. The problem is the numbers are not manageable. We get 8 or so new threads every day.

So just pick a few a month and do what you can. When you work with more and more members you will have more visitors to your threads as well.
