I work from home on my own schedule - so my sleep cycle is pretty much determined by weed naps, carb comas, and netflix drops :crying:.

Looks / sounds amazing! My tummy's rumbly.
My go to is a 3-egg white / 1 egg-yolk omelet with sauteed garlic spinach and cheese, with a side of avocado and strawberries.

I'll be having a Gatorade protein bar and a bottle of water. That should last me till I get home around 3-4pm....

Well,...........slum it for a day......... :chef: ... A change is as good as a rest...........:headbang:

Must admit garlic in the morning makes me a bit queasy.....but I'd eat everything else............:biggrin:
