Holy shit balls i just checked cuz wanted to know the times and apparently it says its a year round water restriction! Can only water with a sprinkler before 10am and after 6pm on Tuesday and Thursday! Does say u can manually water using a hose anytime but no sprinklers of any kind during those times!

The hose is best for a nice even green. I never installed sprinklers when I built the house 20 years ago because I also think they’re water wasters. Of course, I don’t have an acre of lawn like you guys do lol but if you lightly fertilize once a month it will need less water to stay green.
