The trouble with Artificial Intelligence seems to be that it comes with too much genuine stupidity. Genuine intelligence is needed to tell the difference.

Not sure about an app (cuz i have never looked) but they do make free computer programs where u can upload a photo and it tells u if its real or AI or enhanced! No computer here but def heard em talking about it recently on tv somewhere!
