How do I trim?
Where do I trim it?
When do I trim? Is it dry?

I know it's one of those unanswerable things cause it's all personal preference. And I haven't got any preference yet! Hahaha

Everyone has their way…. Here’s what I did before I got the cannatrol….

I like to put some paper or something down on my kitchen table…. And have a container (big pan or box or something) to put the trimmed buds in. I also have a trash can next to me…. Plus scissors etc.

Cut the plant into branches, working one branch at a time, cut the branch into individual buds. Trim buds individually…. You can either trim very tight, leaving only the bud…or you can do a rough trim, leaving anything with trichomes…your choice.

Once you’ve trimmed everything, place buds into a single layer in the bottom of brown grocery bags (new ones lol) , and hang those inside your tent…light off, fan on. I like to use para cord to make “clothes lines” inside the tent to hang from, clothes pins to secure. There’s no need to rotate or disturb the buds as long as you don’t overfill the bags. Once you’ve determined they’re dry enough, into the grove bags for the cure as discussed earlier.

You’ll get the hang of trimming sometime within the first thirty minutes. No big deal, and no real wrong way to do it….



Edit: keep any trim with trichomes for edibles….
