Its so dry here may have to build a 3rd story cuz this house may sink below ground level! No idea how the owner of this house hasn’t put up gutters and fixed the sprinklers yet! Foundation is awful from all the shifting in the soil!

Thats the main reason i have yet to finish the flowerbed for my mom cuz its right under a corner spot on the roof where all the rain water pours off so it would be destroyed and washed away after first heavy rain!
