Our fridge freezer in the house tells the Technico what is wrong with it.....
If it goes wrong..you ring the techy...then you hold the phone up to a little microphone thingy inside the fridge door...and the thing sends a code to the techy to say what is wrong with it.
...so they know which kit they need to bring with them to fix it.Apparently LG put it on a lot of their products now....
