Up here in Canuck Land they legalized in a way that shut down the compassion clubs and gave the production licenses to their rich corporate friends like big tobacco. They shut out almost all the craft growers with unfare fees.

They went from saying "Black market" to "Legacy market" and a couple years later back to "Black market"

Very difficult to get medical strains because the money is in the recreational market....

BC Bud was world famous for decades yet very little of the licensed weed is from BC now.....
You can only trust what you grow. Many many years ago I would write "Grow IT !!" on different bulletin boards.
 
She didn't say don't use it, or its harmful, but simply that not enough empirical data is known for her to recommend it
In the US, doctors can't prescribe doses due to the fact it's still not approved by the FDA (big shocker).
AKA, its all a sales game one way or another..

Here's what we do know:

If you can find CBD for your pets at a local dispensary just try it, we give it to our dogs once a day or every other day even though there is nothing wrong with them. And we try all different brands they like em all. It's like a little stoner treat for your pup.

Same here in california, legalization really was a trap and the voters fell right into it.
