So whats everyone use to get these nice ass macro shots of trichomes and other stuff like pests. Are you guys using clip on camera lenses on your phones or are you guys using dslr cameras? Id be surprised if yall are buying 400+ cameras just to take macros every few months

I use good macro camera gear, but only because I already had it and couldn't make the loupes, phone camera, add on lenses to the phone camera, or Carsen microscope to effectively check trichs. Once I started using the macro gear to check trichs, I found that nice pics were also possible.

Example:

If I didn't have the macro gear I would get a wifi microscope for checking trichs, but you won't get really nice macro shots with one, they just allow checking trichs effectively. Good luck with it, and have fun.

Oh yea we have them. Pups know to leave them alone after one or two exposures. Spines come out easy if they do get into it.

Haven't taken dance since I was 14, my first year of pointe, and my parents pulled me out cause the performance conflicted with our family vacation... so 17 years ago. Just signed up for an adult beginner ballet class with one of #3s teachers starting in September. Why do I feel like I'm gonna end up looking like this?

Doesn't help that dancewear sizing is dumb af, so my 5'8" 130lb self is like a 2xl in leotard/skirt/tights that definitely felt like a punch to the gut lol. Also feeling super selfish for doing something strictly for myself but I barely leave the house and this is basically all of the socialization I get so yeah, isolation has really been fucking with me lately. Also figure that an hour of exercise a week is probably going to do me more good than none at all. Idk, just feeling selfish and dumb and like I'm gonna make an absolute fool of myself.

amazing. I can't imagine our hound avoiding them, it would require paying attention to where she puts her feet.

so far, she has not been introduced to those evil little buggers. Not sure an introduction is on the agenda.

Haha….the dog walker watches where the dogs feet are stepping. You’ll notice I use a 4’ leash. Not just watching for cacti, but glass, snakes, etc…

Yeah, snakes are another issue, and more widespread in the places I go than the damn cactuses are. Our mutt will be leashed in the snake areas. I have tried to teach her that snakes are bad news but who knows whether she actually gets the idea.
