I don't trust webcams in the tent. That video stream is evidence broadcast live or at least a video record of criminal activities. I do have some for home surveillance that I've verified to be secure, but even then, I won't point them at anything incriminating.

If you do use webcams for your tent, I recommend restricting their streams to within your network. If you are going to stream outside to check on things when you're out and about, make sure that:
a) the connection is encrypted with TLS 1.2 or greater
b) the connection is authenticated to you in specific
c) there are no backdoor accounts built into the device to allow remote access
d) the device doesn't phone home

That last one is where things fall apart. It's pretty common these days for electronics coming out of China to phone home. Cameras, in particular, are found all the time sending traffic to China.
Mine only saves to an SD card

I was puzzled by the comment about light intensity. Seems from the article that you linked to that the increased VPD at higher light temperatures is due to higher leaf temperature, which would likely be true with non-led lights, but perhaps less so with LEDs. It seems to me that light intensity itself is unlikely to change VPD much if at all because adjusting led light level either by lowering lights or altering ballast setting will not change leaf temps much. IMO you are much better to adjust lights to best levels independent of VPD, and deal with VPD by changing RH or air temperature.
Agreed. Adjusting the RH and air temp is the best way. But in a scenario where all else has failed, increasing light insensity to raise the leaf temp may be worth experimenting with to try an lower it. :d5:

Dang phone started doin the thing where it has little tantrums when I open the camera but...
