After watching that vid, I realize I'm still a bit high. And still fairly pain free. It was a different high for sure.
I guess the little accident has a little silver lining, I know that I can make some serious medicine.
I just wonder if by decarbing my material first and thru the evaporization of the booze, I degraded more of the TCH to CBN? I'm gonna have to look into that aspect a bit more.
Anyway, I've got the Ardent FX loaded up with another bunch of canna. I'm gonna make another batch today. I called my friend's sister, my contact, and told her that my little test run and sampling was a success and I think it will help her pain, appetite and sleep. We both know that we're not shooting for any sort of cure, just making what time she has left a little bit better. Just being able to pull back a bit on the opiates should help quite a bit.
Will I make this for myself? Probably not THIS exact same process, unless those 'spots' turn out to be melanoma.
I do think extraction with the Source Turbo by ExtractCraft could be quite useful. With quality filtration with a Buchner funnel and flask to 3 micron, it should be able to remove some of the fats and lipids.(Maybe some expert here could confirm)
With low temp evap with vacuum, the terps are preserved. What I'm looking for is easier/more simple process that can make a flexible product. With careful prep, extraction, and evap, it should be able to use it for vape carts. Naturally, I can make edibles too.
I think it could be another valuable tool to utilize the canna I grow.

With decarbing, we normally talk about the the THC-A being converted to THC, by removing the water molecule in the THC-A.
But there is also CBD-A too!
Now I haven't done any reading up on this but does removing the water molecule in CBD increase the effect of the CBD as it is converted from CBD Acid to CBD?
Fats and lipids can be removed by "Winterizing".
Winterizing is mixing the extract into ethanol and then putting it in the freezer for 24 hours the lipids and fats then separate out and can be collected/removed by pouring through a coffee filter, where the lipids and fats will remain.
Low temp vac first to extract the terpenes etc, they can be added back to the extract afterwards, if the extraction process will strip the terpenes.
There are a lot of winterizing vids on youtube and some methods that work at room temperature!
When it comes to extraction and polishing techniques I find "Skunk Pharm Research" to be a good place to go!

It starts in 2023 and as far as i understand it means that, after we change our clocks this fall, we don't change them again.

We have had the same discussion here in the UK for years but it never happens!
I imagine it will one day!

Famous actors (people who pretend to be other people for money, by often following a made up story (script) , often written by a moron)!
Morons, like morons (birds of a feather flock together).
For those us who can think for ourselves, we see these actors as egotistical morons, they see them selves as the fucking be all and end all of everything!
Luckily for us, we know they are not and we can see through their sham existence!
Whilst the morons are stuck in front of the TV all day everyday, they can't tell the difference between what is and what is not!
Goodness only knows, why any one would watch infomercials and shopping channels!
