It sure came out good!! Reverse searing is my favorite method :headbang:


I can Learn........ :headbang: ........I can't get above 400 f on the grill though....

I think I may need fatter steaks for Practice.....:eyebrows:.................. #IBlameFrank ....:crying:

400f oughta be enough. You have to be obsessive with the drying right before you sear it….

You can do the sear on the stove top in a big thick pan, too :pass:
