Indoor Killernecrox's Third Grow - Samsara Supersonic Crystal Storm & Fast Bud #2

Hang in there.. no one said this growing stuff was easy.

In my humble opinion, I really think everything is too wet and heavy in there. I know its tough to do, but I would try letting them go without water until they literally show signs of being dehydrated, and then hit them with a drink. "My 2 cents"

That diesel berry in your first grow may have just been a hardier strain and could withstand the conditions better than what you are trying to grow now. :dunno:

They do look pretty healthy though, even if they are on the small side. They still have plenty of time to take off.

Hey Vapeo, sorry for the cold reply but i was seriously stressed out. The thing is everyone is telling me to let it go without water but i let it go for like a week(7days) before watering and it really feels light compared to after watering so i really don't think it is over watered. The only thing that is stressing me out on the plant is not just the slow/stunted growth but also because they do have the pale/yellow/light green look on them which could be caused by over watering but as i said, it doesn't seem to be over watering so the only thing i could relate the problem to is :

1 : They are N hungry which i think it could be possible because of the LED lights which could make them consume up nutrients faster. (If i am not wrong, they don't have this yellowing before i switched over to the led)

2: I am thinking my PH is off but i don't think so because i have been giving them PH 6.4 - 6.6 plain water and making sure there is 15-20% run off and making sure it has a wet/dry cycle.

3: Lastly is the LED light. I am wondering if the LED light is too intense for them which caused them to be stunted/slow growth and could it possibly cause the yellowing too ? This coming week 2 should i change it back to my 60w daylight cfl ?

Thank you vapeo for helping out but i am hoping for more help too. Cheers :tiphat:

Question did u recycle the earth? Because that can be the problem !
Whats the temperature and humidity in your tent?
How much was the ec of your feed,or water?
Because there is something not right !

: Like Weed:

Sorry to hear about your troubles dude, I would agree with you on the overwatering as that usually also has signs of leaf curling and I don't see that in those pictures. Have you tested the ph of your run off? Maybe the soil's ph was off for some reason this time.

Thank you for being here guys! I did not recycle the soil and i'm using fresh soil from the bag. The temperature is around 29-30c but with the cfl it was 31-32 which i noticed some heat stress but after switching over, the signs of heat stress is gone. Humidity is around 65%. I am not sure how much is my ec because i don't have anything to measure it just a ph meter but on my first grow which was my only successful grow, i did everything completely the same and i did not even ph my water and it was going in at 8.1 all the time i think and it still gave me a harvest but i have no idea why after switching over to Air pots and LED it somehow started screwing up my grows. I know that my soil's ph is very important but as i said, on my first grow, i did not even measure ph and i just fed straight tap water but now i'm trying to do everything right, ph balancing my water close to 6.5 but still having problems. What i am thinking that is causing the slow growth, pale leaves and small plant is it being N hungry and i think it might be because of my LED light causing it. I am thinking the LED is making my plant consume more nutrients than usual.

So i have decided on my next watering which is in 2 days time. I am going to add 1/8 veg nute and see if it helps and if it does then maybe 1/4 veg nute by week 3.

What do you guys think ? THANKYOU!

To hot in there get your temp to 24-26 C and lower your humidity to 45-55 %!
Maybe get a temperature controlled extractor fan!
Give some foilar feeding!
Next time use light soils like, seedlings soil!
Get yourself a EC meter!

Yeah the thing is i can't really control my temperature other than my 2 osc fans. The humidity doesn't actually worry me. Foilar feeding with N ? And yes for sure on my next grow i am definitely going to be getting a light mix airy soil.

I am seriously thinking if the led causes my plant to eat up more nutrient than usual because when i was still using my CFL the yellowing wasn't there and when i switched over, the yellowing starts appearing.

Put 'em back on the balcony :roflcry:

seriously though, I would consider a transplant into a lighter mix although there is significant risk with that move. At the very least, you will find out what the soil is like in the root zone right now.

Mate i really dislike how Your soil look, next time get something lighetr like plagron light mix, or canna terra, they are light mixes with plenty of air space for roots, also Your soil looks like overwatered on each photo.

that was mine "My 2 cents"

Time to handle so go to the store and get some nice light soil and transplant the little girls!
Try to minimize the root damage! Foilar feeding with universal foilarfeeding spray!
And once again lower the temp with at least 2-3 degrees!

Best of luck !!:karma Cloud:
